Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Syyniq collects through this website, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
When you contact us by email or book a call, we receive the details you send: your name, email address, company, and anything you write in your message. Bookings are handled by Calendly, which processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, used only to keep the site secure and available.
How we use it
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, schedule and run discovery calls, and send proposals you have asked for. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and any non-essential cookies will require your consent where the law demands it.
Sharing and processors
Your data is processed by the providers we rely on to run the site and our business, such as email, calendar, and hosting services, under agreements that restrict them to acting on our instructions.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if an engagement follows, for the life of the relationship plus the period required by law. Server logs are kept for a short, fixed period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@syyniq.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
